We sell cloth that is made in the USA and also quality, water resistant cloth from China. The Chinese cloth comes in four colours - Ocean blue, Grey/black, burgundy, and Cash. All of our other colours are made in the USA. Our Chinese cloth is better than most other cloth from China because of its teflon coating making it water resistant. Either way is good but we now use FEDEX as our primary ground shipping company. Fedex ground is cheaper than UPS standard and they have been 100% reliable so far. If you want to save on shipping PLEASE EMAIL US WITH: your name, full shipping address, phone number, and exactly what you want. We will get you the best possible shipping rate!

Depending on your country, international customers will recieve a 25% discount on shipping. Please email us with your full address so that we can process your order manually. If you would like a general idea of pricing please put your order in the shopping cart and see what the shipping costs will be. DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. A 25% discount will only be given if you email us. If you purchase through the site you will not get a discount so please email us after you see the general price. Discounts will only apply to Expedited shipments.

On December 3, 2007 most Canadians will recieve a 15% discount on shipping. If you live in a rural area this discount may not apply. Please email us before you order through the site as you will not recieve the discount unless we manually send you an invoice. Discounts will apply to the Standard shipping (15%) and Express Saver shipping (12%) options.

Most USA customers using the Express Saver shipping option will recieve a 25% discount after December 3, 2007. If you live in a rural area this discount may not apply. Please email us before you order through the site as you will not recieve the discount unless we manually send you an invoice.

After your order has been received and paid for through PayPal, Shipping times vary depending on your location in relation to our warehouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Please check the UPS website at UPS.com for further details for shipping times.

We do not offer catalogs. But we would be more than happy to send you a sample of select fabrics and vinyl's that you would like to put onto your table. Simply purchase a sample through our poker cloth section.

No. We believe that there are an unlimited number of supplies that you can add to your table to make it stand out. We try and carry the most popular materials for our customers. If you would like to have us add more specific supplies to the site we would be more than happy to. Just email us at info@crummerpokersupplies.com and let us know what you need.

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. We also accept Canadian/World money orders and email transfers within Canada.

Unfortunately, the government makes us charge HST to the Maritimes and GST to all other Canadian provinces. For international customers, no sales tax is charged.

You have the option of using any of UPS' shipping options. We are tied directly into UPS so you can have your products as soon as you like. All orders will be shipped out same day or next day depending on time that the order is placed. For Canadian residents, we suggest using EXPRESS SAVER as you will recieve your order the same day as if you choose the more expensive options.

At Crummer Poker Supplies, we strive to have the highest quality standards. If by chance you receive a defective product, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please take a digital photo of the damaged product and email it with your requests to customerservice@crummerpokersupplies.com .

Yes! We currently use UPS as our internaional shipper. We are working on shipping to international customers using Canada Post which may lower the cost of shipping dramatically. Because of our location, we will have the lowest shipping prices for overseas customers. If you would like to get a shipping quote from Canada Post please contact us and we would be more than happy to accomadate your requests. For bulk order we offer air frieght service which dramtically reduces shipping costs. Please contact us for a spot quote.

Yes! We have now opened up all of our products to international customers. Please email us for a proper shipping quote with our new carrier as UPS seems to be expensive for overseas customers at the current time.

We want to make the purchase of poker supplies affordable for you. In most situations, UPS is the cheapest delivery agent. If you would like to use any other option please contact us and we will try to get you the lowest shipping rate for your needs. In some cases we will not be able to accomadate you but we will always work to make shipping as inexpensive as possible.

We are always happy to speak with customers directly regarding all poker supply questions. Please note that although we can give you a shipping quote through email or over the phone, it is sometimes quicker for you to use the website for this. Simply add your wish list to the shopping cart, imput your shipping information, and you will be able to see how much your shipping costs are before you decide to purchase. Because of the volume of sales, we are sometimes not able to reply to emails immediately.

Canada Post does not allow packages of this size to be shipped. Please email us and we will try and get you the best possible shipping quote from the most economical shipping company.

From time to time transmission of emails do not go through. This is something that is out of our control.
